The Mental Strength Coaching Program we offer is customized to club/team requirements, while maintaining topics such as Mindset Training, Self-Belief, Grit, Humility, Breath Work, Mindfulness, Mind-body Connection and much more.
Binny has achieved Mental Strength Coaching Certification Program from National Strength Conditioning Association (NSCA – USA), has been a Mental Strength Coach to CECAFA Championship winners U-17 Team Football Federation Kenya, KCB Rugby Men’s Athletes 2021 – 2022, Kenya National Women’s Rugby Team 2022 – 2023 and has been a Mental Strength Coach to Diamond Football Club Athletes and Coaches since 2019. She conducted capsule workshops for the Sports Authority of India’s hockey team in December 2021.
